delivery time & PROCESS

We process orders within 1–2 days after receiving payment. 

Delivery is free and provided by us personally or by courrier services (for example, DHL).

Approximate delivery time, if there are no delays:
- To Stockholm, Danderyd, Ekerö, Huddinge, Järfälla, Lidingö, and Nacka products are delivered within 2 business days.
- To other cities within Sweden/EU countries it can take up to 5-10 business days

If delivered goods are damaged
, we ask you to accept the goods first and not refuse to receive them. Ask the courrier service to register all damage on the consignment note and then contact us immediately so that we can send replacement for free and find a satisfactory solution for you.

right of withdrawal & REFUND

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described below, whereby consumers are all natural persons who enter into a purchase agreement for goods or services which are predominantly neither professional use nor are intended for commercial purposes:

You have the right to cancel the order without justification within 14 days from the date you or another party  specified by you, who is not the carrier, received  the goods (personally or by delivery). To cancel you must send us the e-mail  within the said time limit to [email protected], with the the notice that you want to cancel the purchase.

Keep in mind that if your purchase contains more than one item, the entire order will need to be canceled – you can't cancel individual items. 

REFUND

If order hasn't yet been shipped, then the payment refund will be made within 14 days from the day we have received your cancellation notification. For all refunds, we apply the same payment method as you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any costs for a refund. However, we may refuse a refund for so long until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the goods back to us, whichever happens first. You must be ready to return the goods to us immediately or no later than 14 days from the date we approved the refund. The cost of return is covered by us.

You are responsible for any damage of the goods, after you receive them. 

General information

Please make sure that the product is neither damaged nor soiled. If possible, send the item back in the original packaging including all the accessories and all parts included in the package. Use, if necessary, a protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging left, make sure you use a suitable package that provides adequate protection against transport damage. Please note that the above-mentioned general information is not a condition of your right of withdrawal.
