Consumers have a right of withdrawal as described below, whereby
consumers are all natural persons who enter into a purchase agreement
for goods or services which are predominantly neither professional use
nor are intended for commercial purposes:

Please make sure that the product is neither damaged nor soiled. If
possible, send the item back in the original packaging including all the
accessories and all parts included in the package. Use, if necessary, a
protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging
left, make sure you use a suitable package that provides adequate
protection against transport damage. Please note that the
above-mentioned general information is not a condition of your right of
withdrawal.

You have the right to cancel the order without justification within 14 days from the date you or another party specified by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (personally or by delivery). If order hasn't yet been shipped, then the payment refund will be made within 14 days from the day we have received
your cancellation notification. For all refunds, we
apply the same payment method as you used in the original transaction,
unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any costs for
a refund. However, we may refuse a refund for so long until we have
received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned
the goods back to us, whichever happens first. You must be ready to return the goods to us immediately or no later
than 14 days from the date we approved the refund. The cost of return is covered by us.

Damaged goods
We thouroughly check everything before sending. If delivered goods are damaged, please, refer to the courrier service to register all damage on the consignment
note and, please, receive the products after - we ask to not refuse them. After registering damage and receiving products, please, contact us
immediately. Likely we will send you a replacement free of charge. If damage wasn't registered by the courrier service
upon receiving products, then the consumer is responsible for any damage
occured after and we sadly can't guarantee product's replacement, but,
